General Terms and Conditions of Use

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Foli L EOOD (owner of the online store www.cake-away.eu), on the one hand, and the users of the online store www.cake-away.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), on the other. These terms are binding upon all users. By selecting any item, link, or button located on the pages of www.cake-away.eu (with the exception of the link to these General Terms and Conditions), the user agrees to, accepts, and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
2. During registration, by checking the "I accept the General Terms and Conditions" box, the user makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document Act and declares that they are familiar with and accept the General Terms and Conditions.
3. Orders placed via the site www.cake-away.eu are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4. To purchase goods from our Site, you must:
4.1. Have a permanent address;
4.2. Have accurately completed the electronic registration form;
4.3. Have agreed to these General Terms and Conditions;
4.4. Provide an accurate and valid telephone number and delivery address;
4.5. Ensure access and the ability to receive the goods.
5. Foli L EOOD may request additional confirmation, including via telephone, fax, or email. Refusal to provide the information requested above automatically results in the cancellation of the order, with or without further notice. 6. Foli El EOOD reserves the right to refuse confirmation of any order due to stock depletion or for any other reason, notifying the user of the refusal and the reason for it.
7. Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation at the email address you provided. From that moment, the order is considered accepted and subject to fulfillment by Foli El EOOD. In the event that it is impossible to fulfill part or all of the order, you will receive a follow-up email or a phone call at the number provided.
8. The approved method of payment for purchases from the Site is via bank transfer; all prices are final, inclusive of VAT, and quoted in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and euros (EUR). Deliveries within Bulgaria are carried out via courier services or the company's own delivery fleet.

• No payment processing fee is charged for payments made by card or bank transfer at the time of ordering.

• Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and amount to 5.90 BGN or 3.01 EUR.

The terms and conditions stated on the invoice provided to the user upon receipt of products ordered from www.sucrebakery.bg, together with these General Terms and Conditions, constitute the complete regulation of the contractual relationship between the two parties, except in cases where the user has signed a separate purchase agreement with Foli El EOOD.
10. Foli El EOOD reserves the right to correct errors and/or update the Site's content at any time without prior notice, including changes to products and prices. These changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed; such orders will be fulfilled under the terms and conditions applicable at the time of their confirmation.
11. Information collected by Foli L EOOD through the use of the Site will be used solely for the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Foli L EOOD will not disclose information to third parties without the visitor's express consent. We do not rent, sell, or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties under any circumstances, except when required by law or a court order.
12. Foli L EOOD reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, add to, or remove parts of these General Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these General Terms and Conditions prior to using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. You hereby agree that all subsequent purchases shall be governed by the General Terms and Conditions applicable prior to the publication of any amendments, and thereafter by the amended General Terms and Conditions. Subject to compliance with these General Terms and Conditions and any modifications thereto, Foli L EOOD grants you (the "End User") a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Site. By ordering products from the Foli L EOOD store (whether online or otherwise) or by accepting delivery of such products as described in the invoice, the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Foli L EOOD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion.
13. Foli L EOOD bears no responsibility for websites and their content that are not part of the www.sucrebakery.bg website. Foli L EOOD assumes no obligation to monitor any linked website for illegal...
